What makes strong evidence

A document, not just a claim. A source we can read, cite and, ideally, archive.
A date and origin. Where it came from and when — even approximately.
A public-interest basis. It bears on governance, spending, safety or fairness.

Safety & privacy

Anonymous submissions are not linked to your name or email. However, we cannot guarantee absolute anonymity: server access logs record IP addresses and timestamps, your browser and device may transmit metadata, and we may be subject to legal compulsion to disclose information. For highly sensitive material, consider using Tor Browser and seeking independent legal advice before submitting.

Rate limiting applies: a maximum of 3 submissions per connection per hour.
